针对世界第一380 m输电铁塔在临海海洋大气腐蚀环境的防腐耐候需求,设计石墨烯改性重防腐涂料体系(包括环氧石墨烯防腐底漆、环氧石墨烯阻隔中间漆和氟碳耐候面漆,其中氟碳面漆采用红白相间颜色,具有防腐和航空标识功能)对输电铁塔进行防护涂装。 Abstract: Aiming at the anticorrosion and weather resistance needs of the world's first 380 m transmission tower in the corrosive atmosphere of the sea and ocean, a graphene-modified heavy-duty anticorrosive coating system (including graphene epoxy anticorrosive primer, epoxy graphene barrier intermediate paint and fluorocarbon Weather-resistant topcoat, in which the fluorocarbon topcoat uses red and white colors, with anti-corrosion and aeronautical identification functions) to protect the transmission tower. Through the laboratory formula optimization, graphene modified heavy anticorrosive coating performance testing and demonstration project coating, the final coating formulation system was finalized. At the same time, the construction technology and construction experience of graphene-modified heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings on galvanized pipe fittings for iron towers are introduced in accordance with the outdoor coating conditions in the coastal environment.
