Through the use of three systems of high temperature resistant vinyl resin coating, organic and inorganic resin ceramic coating, graphene modified titanium nano polymer high alloy coating (referred to as graphene coating) in the laboratory, field sample tube test and actual The application, through more than 3 years of experiments and applications, proved that the heat pipe with graphene modified coating can improve the service life by more than 1 times than the heat pipe without anti-corrosion coating (ND steel). The problem of corrosion of the flue gas dew point of the heat pipe is solved. At the same time, the graphene coating can protect the metal from corrosion in the desulfurization system, which can replace the vinyl glass flake resin cement, improve the anti-corrosive life of the metal, and reduce the equipment investment.
