随着大众生活品质的提升,对于水性木器涂料的性能要求也不断提高,无毒环保、力学性能优良的水性涂料在家居木制品行业的应用需求不断增多。 Abstract: With the improvement of the quality of life of the general public, the performance requirements for waterborne wood coatings have also been continuously improved. The application requirements of non-toxic and environmentally friendly water-based coatings with excellent mechanical properties in the home wood products industry are increasing. This study focused on waterborne wood coatings, using cellulose nanocrystalline solution (CNC) as the dispersion liquid, and biomass-derived graphene (Gr) as the coating modifier to develop a high hardness, high adhesion, and high abrasion resistance. The component water-based polyurethane coating (2K-WPU) improves the unsatisfactory mechanical properties of water-based coatings, so as to expand its application in the household wood products industry. The results show that the addition of CNC / Gr composite solution can increase the hardness and wear resistance of 2K-WPU cured coatings to varying degrees, while the gloss decreases. Among them, the coating adhesion remained unchanged under the condition of different CNC / Gr addition levels; the pencil hardness was increased from 5H to 6H; the CNC mass concentration was 4%, and the Gr addition amount was 3%. The abrasiveness is the best, and the abrasion amount is 0.0 453 g. The gloss of the coating increases with the addition of CNC / Gr, and decreases from 21.8% to 6.1%. The CNC / Gr modified water-based coating method is green and environmentally friendly, and the experimental steps are simple and easy to operate, which provides an effective way to develop functional water-based wood coatings with excellent performance.
